Based in India as ANCAR India Pvt. Ltd and GESS International FZC LLC, UAE, you will be contributing towards the companyís success in developing and executing market and product strategies for the Indian region, which includes Maharashtra & Gujarat, and collaborating with the In-Region marketing, sales, and technical organization for promoting all range of Cold Chain Solution products.

Responsibilities

  • Assist India Cold Chain business leader in planning business goals &
  • objectives in line with organization goals and execute business plans.
  • Make a difference to recognize potential areas and opportunities and involve other cross-functional teams/Business Units to develop appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Demonstrates a strong comprehensive understanding of business goals and how they link together and takes the initiative to understand patterns and trends to make the best business decisions
  • Define and develop the market size, competition, participation by applications and product category
  • Build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations to draw upon multiple relationships to exchange ideas, resources, and know-how.
  • Cultivate strong functional relationships and strengthen customers, respective sales team, and Asia product marketing team relationships with the main goal to identify new products/product improvements needed for the region and develop a portfolio & roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelorís degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical, other relevant fields
  • 3 years professional experience in the field of HVACR, Cold Chain Industry preferably.
  • Exposure to engineering, application engineering, marketing, or business development preferably.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Good data interpretation and analytical skills to interpret market messages and information
  • Willingness to work towards the details of the product and related knowledge
  • Heat Load Calculations, Submission of Quotation and Follow up
